The moment is almost upon us. The time for TREND45’s first event since the lockdown, entitled Day of the Dead, is about to be underway. November 1st, 2020 will be a day combined means for charity, and we aren’t in this alone. Thanks to the collaborative efforts from Atomic Coffee, Beyond Juicery + Eatery, Morgan Stanley, and a plethora of different local & creative businesses, we are excitedly awaiting new opportunities filled with grandeur; the ones where we can connect and meet with one another once again, safely.

Join us that Sunday at Hangar #11 at Detroit’s own Coleman A. Young International Airport for our event entitled: Day of the Dead. With safety as our first priority, our team invites you to come and connect us, as well as with a slew of attending creatives at a historical landmark, all while taking the necessary precautions against the spread of COVID-19. During these particular times, we wanted to connect with our community on a personal level once again, but we also wanted to do something to give back as well. With our partnership with RAINN for this event, we are in hopes to make a real difference during these novelesque times.

With just a small donation from attending guests and our wonderful, local sponsors, our goal continues to be to fundraise a $10,000 donation to RAINN; this is in preparation that all of that monetary amount goes towards helping a victims of sexual abuse with any bit of the care that RAINN provides for them. We’re hoping that all the attendees know that they are supporting a great cause while also getting the chance to expand their networks with other creatives at this event.

We are ecstatic to create some entities and artistic expression with our community, all while aiming to make a difference within it as well.
